2026 mim_c Spring Research Symposium

Overview

We are pleased to open registration for the 2026 mim_c Spring Research Symposium, taking place on Tuesday, May 19th, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM in Room SOCC 316 at the UW South Campus Center overlooking Portage Bay.

This event will bring together members of our scientific community for a lively morning of presentations and discussion focused on microbial communities and their vital roles in human health and the environment. An engaging program is planned, highlighting innovative research and encouraging cross-disciplinary exchange. Refreshments will be provided, and additional details on the agenda will be shared in the coming weeks.

Registration
Individuals from all career stages and regional institutions are welcome, but we need your registration so we can plan catering accordingly. To reserve a spot, fill and submit the registration form linked here or via the button at the top of the mimcuw.org webpage. Please register soon, as we can only accept registrations up to room capacity. The deadline for registration is May 12th.
