We are happy to announce the 2025 mim_c Spring Symposium, to be held 9:00am - 12:00pm Tuesday, May 20th, in room SOCC 316 at the UW South Campus Center on Portage Bay. We have an excellent scientific program planned and refreshments will be provided! We are thrilled to get everyone together for a morning of science discussion focused on microbial communities and their critical interactions with each other, human health, and the environment.

We have four fantastic speakers confirmed for the event:

  • Dr. Ana Weil - Assistant Professor, UW Allergy & Infectious Diseases

  • Dr. Megan O'Connor - Assistant Professor, UW Laboratory Medicine & Pathology

  • Dr. Lauren Rajakovich - Assistant Professor, UW Chemistry

  • Dr. Karen Levy - Professor, UW Environmental & Occupational Health Sciences

Registration
Individuals from all career stages are welcome, but we need your registration so we can plan catering accordingly.
